The IBLA Foundation is a volunteer organization based in New York City. The Foundation is run solely by volunteers and all proceeds go towards advancing the careers of talented musicians.

The competitions takes place in Ragusa Ibla, Sicily, Italy and winners are then

presented at Carnegie Hall, New York City,

in addition to world tour pesentations aorund the world.
